Talking to you reminds me of this post. Especially the last statement you made.

Not once did I say my slow 2v was "THE GREATEST EVER!11" Not even close.

When you have to revert to dishonesty to attempt to justify your asinine behavior, you have already lost.
No,
you are the one that lost,
you drive a GT

GT had BBK LTs, BBK CAI, BBK O/R X Magnaflow catback, and tune. Put down 257 rwhp, and 304 rwtq.
Those numbers are a little low for a GT with full bolt-ons... mine put down 267/310 and I had shorties and no tune.

Basically even with the Neon R/Ts in the 1/4 (edge to GS-R), and the GS-Rs generally trap a couple mph higher.

Sounds about right on to me. Everyone on mustangforums.com had similar numbers with similar mods, yours may have been dyno happy.

From what I've seen, my numbers were pretty spot on... my best friend has an '01 with nearly identical mods as mine and put down 265/309. Maybe TX air is nicer than other places?

I thought the same thing.

Yeah.. but when you add boost to either car, they are going to be in the 14s.

No. A boosted GSR can easiyl get into the 13s with a proper tune.
My friends got a 2000 Si (b16 1.6liter) and with just an Ebay turbo Kit and a quality tune he was putting down 240Hp to the front wheels.

Now Stock SRT4s have about 230whp and weigh a decent amount more and are already seeing 13s, so you can easily see how a boosted GSR would have no problems breaking into the 13s at all.

Ah cool, sorry then. Most 4cyl turbos I've ran, or seen run are usually in the 14s. If they get into the 13s, more power to them.

I think the point I am trying to make is.. Say If I boost my GT.. I could then take stock or slightly modded LS1s. I'd never however try to say they were slow because of that.

Not that I am saying the 2v isn't slow. It is. But the Integra is a lot slower car in general. I don't understand that condescending nature of the post I guess.

*shrug*

If it's just all good fun then cool. I can understand that.

a stock GSR with a decent size turbo at about 10psi will put them at 300whp - and since they are lighter cars, i am DEF believing the honda won this mini race.

300whp is really pushing a fully stock motor however.
It can be risked and if the motor blows get another one for a few hundred dollars

lol - id have to kinda disagree... at 10psi (~300hp), it can last as long as you don't drive like a fool. and yea its not a few hundred (or else id have a honda too lol)... its probably 1500 - but still not that bad.

Finding a B18C1 for that price would be difficult, but acquiring a LS motor and getting a GSR head would be a few hundred if you didnt mind doing a bit of work yourself.

Being patient and knowing where to look is very important.

On a happy dyno maybe. That's very much on the high side. Not saying it's never been 'recorded' that high before, but they are few and far between and most likely STD numbers.

That car listed wasn't full bolt ons though.

GSR **** isn't cheap, especially once you start modding and porting the head and ****. I am gonna ask my buddy what his GSR cost. I know the guy who had the car and swapped the GSR initially said it was like 3k for the motor, b16 trans, and labor. Forged internals, ported GSR head, cams, and a gt35r though...lots more money.
