06 GTO vs. R/T Challenger

I ran a G8 GXP when I was CAI/SLP 421 Predator tune/catback: pretty much dead even from a freeway roll. If someone told you GTO's were faster than your GXP they're full of it. Hell, I've heard that GXP's are actually faster than LS3 SS Camaro's by a tenth for that matter. Wish I had a GXP! Love them looks.

no i dont have a GTO, i have a TBSS, and like some others have said, the weights for the tbss's are all over the place, but anywhere fron 4200-4600 lbs, so i guess the GTO'2 arent a full 1000 pounds lighter, but if my 2wd TBSS might weigh 4200 and a GTO might weigh 3600 thats 600 pounds. and the AWD TBSS's are heavier so it could be almost 1000 pounds between the two.

Your GTO weighs 3100lbs?!?
Ooh! Only use Edmunds when they run decent times. They have made some serious errors in the past.
Good points. A few may have hit low 13s with excellent 1.9x 60fts but the mph isn't higher than 104 or so, if that. I'm a little dubious myself. Properly tuned and launched, they are much better.
There is one claim to 108mph which had data errors on the timeslip and has never been repeated, so that's out.

as for the RT's v SRT's? we've seen too many times where we judge by the masses at different tracks on different days.. I showed you the difference that day between SRt & an RT, pretty significant no?
disclaimer* I am assuming the E-Town scales are accurate, windy days the weight fluctuates but has always been in the 4680lbs range give or take 20-30lbs
