The ZR1 lost to the Z06. The Z06 was in the far lane from what I can see. Kind of hard to tell. Regardless a vette lost badly to a hks570 car and you say a stock Z06 keeps up? And I don't nut hug Nissan, I nut hug Porsche.
Decent video you posted but like you said weight kills performance. Take that passenger out the GTR and it's a whole different story. Of course unless the Z06 had a passenger, which if my memory serves me correctly someone posted that video and the owner said he didn't have one. IIRC. But what do I care I don't own either car.

Noticed how the Z06 sounded? Headers, no cats. That car, the way it is running, is not tuned for those headers... thus timing is being pulled out of it and not to mention how "touchy" the stock tune in c6 z06 is.
So, to be clear, a HKS GTR on pump (550-570awhp) is a good race for a GTR and even one on pump is going to give a good race as well, if not have a slight advantage if they roll under 60mph with the Z in 2nd gear. A ZR1 would beat both these cars but about 2 cars.
