What do 400 hp F-bodies and 700 hp supras have in common? 12 second timeslips.

Supras are murder from a roll. Try to catch him from a light though

10.1:1 compression ain't too thrilled with forced induction I believe. Reading the FI forum here, I seem to see nothing but problems and complaints, it's pretty disheartening. A lot of the FI guys seem to wish they'd just gone with big cubes and nitrous.

True that, but his engine packages start at like a $25,000 or so and go up from there, don't they? I bet there is a good reason for that. How much stock LS1 is left when he's done?

Man I'd love a lingenfelter c5r-based 427 engine, even without the TTs. heh.

I was bit meaning that one should put a TT427 in (unless you are ungodly rich). I was saying that one should put in lower comp heads and then place the correct and proper turbo on it. I have heard some bad stuff off of those!!! Sorry for the confusion.

yeah turboed LS1 itd be like poopra wooot! only thing is it cost a good $6000 for the kit then plus installation.....id rather get a good heads and cam package and a procharger on top of that......it would be less money than a turbo....

well at least i gave it a shot....so to that..

I've got their catalog, I think it's $50,000 for the TT 427 and they use your block for most of their builds
