i actually like mustangs, i wouldnt drive one, but i do like them and it is hard to beat the sound of a mustang with a good exhaust. i think it is way to hard to make them real fast, not sayin that my car is real fast, but i dont think a bolt on mustang can hang with a bolt on ls1. i know i got beat on paper and thats what counts but the look on the guys face when i told him what i had done was priceless, he had a hard time beliving that he barley beat a bolt on ls1 car on street tires.


it dosnt impress me for a supercharged v8 car

Usless.....I have run that time on a damn near stock (had a tune and dr's) 00 z28.....and that trap on a minor bolt on 02 gt. You should be in the low 12's with that setup. hell I just bought a 2010 gt that would walk you with a tune, dr's and a full exhaust. We just went 12.42@110. This thing will be blazing when the whipple gets here.

Thats actually good compared to some of the s/c stangs I have seen.

Just curious what did your 2011 run bone stock on street tires?

13.1 @ 105 was the best I could do. It pulls a lot harder than the 05-09's. I think that the cobra is going up for sale and an 02 ss is in the works

I would say by the paper sorry about the loss...BUT the mustang driver walked away sad!!! Which simply means that he was running him just like a street race would go down...so for that reason congrats to the op on the win...

most of the stuff was already done to the car when i bought it and i think it was a nitrous car, if thats the case im prolly runnin a nitrous tune and could be y im runnin a lil slow, but as soon as i get some better tires and a new tune i should be runnin better.

I watched the race.... I think the op just had a better reaction time which is really what gave him the race. Driver mod FTW.

Wow I'm gonna race up there I would be the king of the hill...If your beating all those s/c Mustangs they either don't have a good tuner up there or no one can drive. Hell my car is one of the slowest S/C Mustangs down here. If your not in the low 10's down here you shouldn't be talking ****. I guess up there you can talk **** when your in the high 11's...like you.
