Just had a new clutch installed and decided to go get my 500 break in miles..

my car is an bolt on 2003 srt10 with aprox 500 rwhp sae

-exhaust/no cats/light weight flywheel/KN air intake/roller rockers/sct tune..

So I was cruising with my daughter in the car and we ran into a yelow C5Z06.."catch him daddy" Go super fast speed..Exclaimed my 7 year old..

I got behind the guy but hell no on raceing with my daughter in the car..Then we rolled up on a new yellow Camaro all Transformer style..

I had 100 miles on the new clutch of easy driving and said screw this and I dropped off my daughter..

ran into a blue M3 that at first I thought was an M5..Looked a lil differant then a stock M3 to me..Guy had a few goodies..

I got behind him and the guy took off bobbing and weaving through traffic. I found a nice opening and gave him a solid upper cut landing me slightly ahead. We then squared off in the center of the ring as he rolled up beside me and yelled out.".lets do a run man"..

Then he down shifted to second gear and I heard this whooshing sound..Damn..SUPERCHARGED...

It had now suddenly started a very light mist of rain. And I my self was to much of a pu$$y to down shift to second gear in those conditions..

beep beep beep..

50 mph nice even hit and Holy **** he's right beside me for about 3 seconds...By 80 mph ive started a slight pull and by 120 mph he 2.5-3 cars behind me..

he rolls up and gives me the thumbs up and yells out man your car is fast..I politely smile on the outside. But on the inside a rageing serpent slithered up my spine and gave a menacing grin..

how come you never seem to downshift and go for the throat?? Nice kill, don't get me wrong, but that awesome V10 torque isn't always gonna bail you out if you race a car thats your equal!

that camera was having spasms from sitting sideways. Got an old license plate laying around? Notch it like this and voila' you will have a solid camera mount that is inconspicuous, takes seconds to install/remove and easily ignored by a cop. it also puts the camera right next to the headrest (mounts between the headrest and seattop) so that it is barely visible.

I'm awaiting my car power cord for my camera than I'll just leave it turned on the whole time so I can get some street kill vids.

Actually i have a nice rear camera setup..

2 minutes ago I combined two camera mounts so that I will finally be able to record with the camera in the correct posistion

you guys here the excitement in my voice when I realized it was a Z06 and not just a coupe..

Ive never rolled up on a yellow C5Z06 in my Viper beforte and you would know that when I did my daughter would be in the car.....

normally i give mr kill crap but i got tot say, i love a guy in a viper who doesnt mind nailing the gas.....lots of guys just crusing in them an wont even look at you, much less stab the go peddle....

does that **** impress cops? would i be more likely to get let go if i do all that stuff? granted, ive only been pulled over in my car twice (no tickets), but its always good to know.


actually, has anyone noticed that police seem to let muscle cars go alot more? none of my friends have gotten tickets in their cars unless driving WAYYY over the limit. maybe its just a local thing...

Wssick - cops are lil biased to muscle cars. I was cruising at 60 in a 45 with a friend in a 240sx lastnight. Both get a warning from a cop about over speedlimit.
I gota compliment on the camaro, friend with 240 got noise violation for his muffler.
