Finishn thread tht was lockd 99 z vs 04 mach ok so there is a city about 30 miles outside my town and I go there every now and than. Well a guy up there knows my car and keeps telling people he wants to race me so he can eat up another ls1 and crap like that. It's an 03-04 Mach 1 with what he says only intake and exhaust. Im going up there in an hour or two to race him. I will try to get it on tape. What you guys think? Hopefully I will race him tonight and I can get you guys some vids up here

Ha, im not one of those guys who posts up that im going to race and get it on vid and than not do it, so here you guys go. We had a cuple different runs, but they all turned out the same 
. The one in the video we wur going from 15. After the race we go into town and they have a road block set for us. btw the race was filmed in mexico on cloased street. Enjoy!

Thanks. the guy in the mach was pretty cool. we talked for awhile before and after. Some guy wanted to race me in a hatch honda that everyone kept saying ran 11's. Somone asked me if I wanted to race it and I was like "I wanna race a real car" and he heard me I guess and got all pissed off, so we ened up racing and I took him by a cuple cars lol. It was really fast for a turbo honda. It had to weigh about 30 lbs. He wanted to go for 50 bucks before the race. I shoulda done it

nice run.. with this outcome. i dont see how a mach1 vs ls1 is ever a drivers race. BUT PLZ LETS NOT MAKE THIS THREAD ABOUT THAT!!

I'm a GM guy, have been all my life. I believe the LS series of engines has been the best overall engine platform EVER invented, period, by ANY manufacturer. That being said, I think the video results clearly show a LS1 running around 50-100rwhp higher than normal. aka a 100 shot of nitrous.
OP: spill the beans man! We're all on the same team.

maybe he doesnt want locals to get on and see his mods.
