Had to throw my two cents in here, you are SUPPOSED to demolish a civic it's not that much to brag about. I wouldn't waste the gas.

Yeah some of those little **** box hondas can be pretty quick with swaps in them, i dont get real concerned until i see intercoolers or nitrous though, its real uncommon for a swapped n/a honda to dip in the 13's

I wouldn't bet on it.
The foxbody is easily the best bang for your buck down the 1/4.
Any gutted G-body, 3rd gen, or something like Parish's Fairmont with the right swap is probably a close second.
And then lets not forget the ugly, but light, Vega. They all make for potentially quick and cheap cars.

I was just attempting to make a point thats all lol. didn't say its the best bang for the buck against ALL cars lol

You can build a 10s Civic for $10k. It's not hard if you know what you're doing.
