Killed a new 5.0 and a 2010 Super Snake 630 It's been a while since I posted though you all would like these. they are about a week apart
So I was going to pick up a pizza and needed gas so I pulled in and saw a new Challenger V6. I parked opposite of the pump from him and told him nice car. As we were talking we look up to see a black gt ridding out first gear while pulling in. I tell him nice car and ask if is't the 400 HP one? He replies "yeah when it was stock!" I look over at the guy in th Challenger he is like WTF? look at his plate. he has a 30 day paper tag dated 30 days from now. So I as " I see you just bought it, did you take out your air filter?" all while smiling at him. He just stands there pumping gas (87 Ha Ha idiot) and stammers out I'll beat the both of you.
Challenger guy was like what the hell I'm a V6 and don't give a ****. I just laughed out an ok.
so I told the Challenger guy nice talking to you and started to leave. mustang guy says yeah go on and run I'll catch ya. So I pull out on highway 29 it's a 4 way and I have a light so going no where. I hear him coming as I look up he cuts of a Dodge ram to get beside me. He revs and i foot stall to 3000. He yells over at me " that's real smart dumb *** you gonna drop that clutch?"
Light goes green I release the brake and roll into the gas I pull away easily by the time I have cleared the length of Hardee's parking lot (other side of 4 way parking lot maybe 200 feet long) he was mid way through the intersection spinning. I got to 50 still in first let off and slowed to make the u turn for Pizza Hut when captain bad *** comes by me revving but not looking at me. What a tool.
2010 Super Snake
I was out testing launch techniques on a country road with the nitrous at different progressive rates. I had stopped to drop the air a bit and tighten up rear passenger shock when a guy on a quad pulls up and tells me I need to be alot faster if I am going to make all that noise. I told him I can
and I was hoping he wasn't going to try to tell me he would race with his quad. He asked if i beat the black C6Z06? I told him yes and he replied that I would need more because he crushes that car. I laughed again because I wasn't fully dedicated to running the Z just passing him and I had no nitrous.
I told him well I'm out here lets go he tells me that it's too hot and his blower gets heat soaked. I still at this time was unclear of what he has to race. He come over to my house later in the evening because we live in the same development and he has a Shelby Super Snake. Car looks amazing and no Shelby owners don't find it funny when you ask how is it a super snake it don't have a cape?
I was out again testing the nitrous and different shift points and TQMGMT when he pulled up and asked if I was ready? I say lets do it. We go from a 50 MPH roll and by the time I got to 130 I could see his rear tires where they meet the ground in front of me.
I had him from 50 to 70 then he matched my speed took the lead at 90 and pulled like a train till 130 when we stopped. We pull over by the nursery and he was like told ya you would need more I said well lets go back same 50mph kick. Told me we were wasting our time out here. We match speeds three beeps and we are off...this time i spray 175 just as soon as we start. I shut down at 100mph because i couldn't make out his front end in my rear view. get back to were I was originally and all he could say was dam that what happened I told him I sprayed and he said that is **** take it out. I said ok give me a sec, I have been logging with Hp tuners and switched from my nitrous tune back to a N/A tune with 7700 shift points.We go from a dig I didn't spray this race, I stall to 3400 three beeps and he is up in smoke I had buses on him before I got to the top of second gear and let off. So another 50 mph kick I jumped to a lead again and held him off at his 90 mph lunge and finished 2 cars ahead at 140. He told me that my car is fast and his only has the 630 horse so I didn't do anything big. When he gets his pulley and a better cooler he said we will go again. He said he has ran a 11.8xx @ 127 so far
I though he had a KB 725HP and not the Ford racing blower, either way I will get a look when he brings it back over. The guy is pretty cool, he also has a 1st gen Camaro Pro Mod tube body that runs 4.9xx in the 1/8

Very nice your car is sick looking,I beat up on a super snake to at the track same one you described.His car was a stick car he just got it and on his third pass at the track broke something on the launch ahd to push him off lol
