It was more of my fault then the microedge. I only used it once, a month ago when I 1st. installed it and met my tuner at the track to tune it, and he set up the microedge, he never worked one either. So it was set up for a drag race setting, it was set to kick on in 1st. gear to start, and I started in 2nd. with the gt500. After the humilliating defeat to the gt500, with my nitrous issues. I spent the next 2 days learning how to work and adjust the microedge very well. And now I have 2 files saved on it. one for the strip, and one for the gt500. "roll"....

JUst fyi so your not further confused, the microedge has gear lockouts but it doesnt "know" what gear your in. If you lock out 1st gear its not gonna spray until you go WOT, shift gears(it recognizes the drop in RPM) then itll spray the next gear whether its 3rd or 4th. So what you explained wasnt the problem.

god damn man... let me at your car for a solid day.. maybe 2 days... to pull some weight out of it... u will have no visual weight reduction.. unless of course someone goes looking for it. I hate seeing GTOs lose races due to there weight.. get them down to fbody weight, maybe even lighter, and you would have hung with that gt500, possibly even beaten it.. on motor. My car went 12.1 at 114 with 85 less whp and 80 less wtq. You have a good setup, pull some weight out and let it shine. Then do 10s on bottle at 130+mph. Or just post the rematch of u on bottle. I dont see you having an issue with it that car on bottle. Nitrous FTW

A 150shot is, on average so lay off it you don't agree.. a 7-8 car difference. Looking at that video.... I think the GTO will give that GT500 a dead even race or a drivers race.
Nice gto btw!
Try this:
... and then ask yourself.... when does a positive displacement blower make boost at AGAIN and reread your comment!!!
Honestly, I'm just messing with you.... but that **** was hilarious!

Goat is on alittle diet. no skidplate, no fuel tank brace, very empty trunk. tow hitch brace is out. when I go to the track I usually take out the pass. and rear seat. when I had my racelites and on a diet, the car weighed 3420lbs. empty, then with me in it, it was 3650lbs. but the day of the gt500 race, with my pass. I was prob. around 4100lbs.

for example...
you have two saved files. One is for the track (gears 1-4) and the other is for highway pulls (2-4). If you have the drag file ready, but are doing a highway pull, it should spray....
if you had your highway file, for a drag race, then it wouldnt spray until 2nd gear...

it should still work from a roll on a drag race setup.
