"i take this comment back after looking at my dyno sheet again."

based on ^^^^ your car should be high 120s easy......i thyink you should have pulled him in that case.

good runs though, looked like he was starting to walk at the very top end. stock gearing?

Those were awesome runs. It doesn't get much closer than that. Can't wait to see the rematch when it happens.

SRZ let off at the top of fourth both times while the Cobra hit fifth and kept going a little farther both times. The races were just about dead even from where I was filming.

Trapping 119 on motor + a 100 shot you should have walked him by a good 3 cars. Get the nitrous problem figured out and run him again!

This is SRZ's actual dynosheet...

Not to mention that peak tq numbers mean little in a race...

Back to my original question: Do you think before you post?

yeah anything can happen on the street thats very true. Driver mod is a must when both cars are standard. I know ported blower cobras should trap low 120 range and I know my car cant trap that with out the juice but if you get a hard enough jump from a dig or slow roll its hard for a car even with a little more to catch up. thats exactly what i said, your graph shows a 50+ rwtq drop within 500 rpms from 4000-4500. your still making good torque its not like the torque stays the same across the rpms. Thanks for proving my point.

what the hell is wrong with your car?

I am a ms3 cam only with 412rwhp and I have ran two pullied cobra's that were my buddys and both cars I was dead nuts even with until 130+...up until 130 I actually could edge them out by a fender

with my 100 shot, im 517rwhp and would absolutely murder a pullied cobra...I say WOULD because I havent ran one on the bottle yet.

the cobra he ran was ported as well as pullied, so add 50-60hp.

Thats the truth!!! lol.....people dont understand that I have seen ported Cobras trap 119 and I have seen them trap 128. I have seen them make 475rwhp and I have seen them make 550rwhp. And everybody is talking trash about his Camaro but his car is PROVEN. He went 11.60 at 119.7 when he was cam onty making 400rwhp that is faster than a lot of people in this thread I am sure. Now he is up 100-125rwhp. He just ran a strong Cobra...you cant win them all. And I honestly think if they switched passengers the camaro would have won it was that close. And it seems he may have had some low bottle pressure also. I will say a 40 roll is a dead spot for a cobra and probably perfect for the camaro with the 4:10's a 45-50 roll is the sweet spot for a Cobra. I give both cars and owners props they went out and raced and gave us a nice video to enjoy for you clowns to pick apart and thrash his car. Just like when I raced my brother. Once again very nice video and I look forward to the next vid.

That was actually with the current heads/cam setup (making 432/386). I think there's more in it, but as long as I hit 120 mph and whittle the ET down under 11.50 then I'll have reached my goals for this setup.

In this race I had my cutout closed which puts me at 422/372 on motor, so probably right around 520 on the 100 shot. Due to the pressure being low (after the second race I couldn't get it above 750 matter how long I heated it) I don't really know what my power was at. Excuses are for bitches though, run what you brung.

For the graph, something's up with my fuel system and I have to really jet it up on anything over a 100 shot so it runs rich and I only make like 10 more hp on a 150 shot vs a 100. For that reason I stick with the 100 until I get the fuel straightened out.

Here is a video of me vs a different ported Cobra. In these races I still had the stock heads, but my bottle was full and there was a passenger in both cars (ignore what it says in the video).
