I understood. What I was getting at is if the bottle is low just having the right bottle pressure wont get you the same hit. The nitrous needs to be at the right pressure and still in liquid form to get a good hit.

Ah, I see what you're saying. I knew it was very low going into the race and should have gotten it filled before hand, but I got lazy, haha. We'll see what kind of a difference the full bottle makes.

On a 100 shot theirs no need for a nitrous specific cam.

No, it's the same cam I've had in it since 2005. I actually bought the cam used from a buddy. I did pick up 100 rwhp with the 100 shot, which is what it's rated for (HSW kit).

Ported Cobra's can trap anywhere from 122-130+ depending on the setup. My car is a Stage 4 Stiegemeier ported Eaton and pulls 127mph traps in the 1/4 blower only.

10.81 @ 127 w/ 1.53 60' blower, 10.14 @ 135 75 shot

He must have a well setup ported Cobra. Your car runs 119mph off the bottle and then a 100 shot should put you DEEP into the 120's. This 03 Cobra must run strong for what it is.
