Results are in;
no vid... no camera man available damn!!
1 from 40-120; His tranny kinda lag and I get a half car and put another half or so on him
2 from 40-130; Even hit for both, I put a half car on him to 3/4 car..freaking close race!!
3 Dig; wasnt ready, traffic was coming I spinned thru first and his gone 3 cars and stay that way.
4 on the juice; I let him the hit, gets a car, and reeled him back till 3 cars 40-120+
All in all, I tried the car before and I thought it was faster than mine. Very stable car, incredible braking, incredible suspension...but its auto!! I guess I was wrong.
For me, it was the ultimate test if my car was as fast as I think(for comparison's sake not that its fast). I was happy with the outcome and especially with a baby cam and 3:42!!
Friends car, he can drive for sure!
We'll try again for vid maybe if he ever gets his tune(I'll be in trouble).

Nice kill man. Im actually surprised you pulled him all motor to be honest...esp with that gearset. What kind of heads do you have and what are the cam specs? Its obviously working well for you bud!

They are all they are cracked up to be from my perspective..Especially for a japanese car..
And just a simple tune takes them from 117-121 mph to 122-126 mph (z06 territory)
agressive tune plus supporting bolt ons takes them to 125-130 mph (Zr1 territory)
Not trying to be abut those cars are pretty sick with minimal modification

I dont know man...3800 pounds and trapping 117-121 mph is pretty badd *** in my book...
They are all they are cracked up to be from my perspective..Especially for a japanese car..
And just a simple tune takes them from 117-121 mph to 122-126 mph (z06 territory)
agressive tune plus supporting bolt ons takes them to 125-130 mph (Zr1 territory)
Not trying to be abut those cars are pretty sick with minimal modification

Although I don't really like them, they certainly aren't overrated by any means. Granted a well modified car will be able to take it in a straight line, but those things on a road course are sick. Of course you are paying for it.

Cam is in the 224 range, very DD friendly, nothing scary, under 600 lift peak at 6200..CNC stage 3 243, ported FAST 92mm tuned for spray. I want a bigger cam, but I love the way it pulls like a train on topend because of the small cam and stock gear! Maybe I'll never do that cam thing and just save for a badass LS3 stroker
close to 540rwhp...torq is 560+rwtq, on 1000psi. Race was on low psi.

Awesome runs and thanks for posting results. My only experience with a GTR showed similar results. Highway run from LOW in fourth gear (total dead spot for me) and he jumped out and crept SLOWLY away to the top of fourth. If it had been a better spot for me, I think it would have been pretty much even with whomever was in a better spot getting a slight jump. I had a 224/228 cam and ported 243 heads with the stock LS6 intake and TB through a heavy drivetrain, but I was geared steep. Our results seem to be in line with each other.

Sick kill ! They are sweet and fast but feel really big and stiff. it's fun at first but after a while, just like everyone else says, it feels like you're driving a stiff altima. Add an exhaust and you will feel like a civic owner who removed his muffler. You guys dont even want to know how it fared vs my winterbeater stock with a cat back 01 z28 LOL!
