Honestly with all of the tuning advances, there's no point in upgrading to anything less than a 1000cc injector IMO. My new high impedance 2000cc injectors idle and drive better than my old low impedance 1000cc injectors.
Are you sure those 560cc (I know they really flow around 600cc) are up to the task?

Have you seen the injector duty cycles?

My IDC's were in the low 90's right below 400whp. That is with an upgraded pump though. The stock fuel pump can't keep the pressure up at high rpm's like a walbro.

What was your base fuel pressure?

I'm putting together a mild setup now (7cm 14B, ECMLink, 560cc, etc.) and was a little worried I might run out of injector if I push the 14B to its absolute limits.

Base pressure was stock which I believe is around 38psi.

If you're worried, you could always throw a little meth injection in there. It would bring down your IDC's some and bump up your octane.

Was it an EVO or a 1G?

That outcome looks right to me. Back in the day my 05 EVO made 376whp/386tq on the stock turbo with full bolt-ons, cams, and a custom tune. I could pull cammed LS's no problem. The Camaros and TAs are typically heavier and even with 3.73s, the EVO's gearing is shorter and with that high mid range torque thanks for the stock turbo they are pretty damn quick from a roll.

I actually raced an 06 EVO with full bolt-ons and tune (no cams) in my Z06 and it was dead even. It was a friendly race (good friend of mine with the EVO). A cammed Z06 will have no issues pulling a full bolt on cammed EVO though!
