just got a cam installed on my camaro about a week ago. car feels pretty fast, but not really what I expected. hoped for a little more anyways you will see in this vid me racing few bolt-ons LS3 Camaros, a heavily modded GT500 and a bolt-on C6 Z06. I also ran other cars, but either the faces of the drivers are shown on the vids, or the owners of the other cars dont want their car shown on youtube some of the other cars not shown was a stock E63, a stock SLS, bolt-ons Lumina SS, and Bolt-ons Camaro, and a stock C6 LS3. I did beat all of these cars except for the SLS, that thing was crazy FAST.

I will be running a stock GTR soon, and im also trying to find a stock C6 Z06 to play with. I know both of these will beat me, but I still want to run them I will also run a 2009 CTS-V in couple of days, along with some other cars. new vids Coming SOON

Either way, good kills. Just get a better camcorder and a passenger with "Passenger mods" to hold it. lol

Thanks man, I did alright. I didnt put that much effort in shifting or getting the most out of the car except with the GT500 and the z06, as I really needed all of what i can get out of the camaro LOL

I hope so. Ive seen how fast the GTRs are, and to be honest I dont think I will beat it. anyways we will find out really soon. I will be running a GTR with CAt-back only in 3 hours and yea I do need a new camcorder the one im using takes HD videos but i dont know whats wrong with the Focus. and true about the camera guy, not sure whats wrong with him he took these vids

Just came back after running that GTR. the GTR had a downpipe only, stock cat-back. we did 3 runs all were pretty much close. 25mph roll all of them( I wanted 40mph roll or 50mph, but the GTR had a problem with the clutch and 40mph was a bad spot in the GTR) he moves slowly on me up to 140mph where he put about three cars total. sorry no vids per the request of the GTR's owner. it was a friendly race and he didnt want vids showing his car (even though he won the races ).

now looking to find a bone stock GTR should be a closer race.

sorry missed that part, but I believe yes. i mean i dont know really he didnt say anything after these runs. he didnt miss any gear. but i expected more out of a bolt-on Z06. he did say his engine had only 500miles on it, so he probably wasn't pushing it that hard

Ran a stock LP560 today. we did 3 20mph-140 runs he put about 1.5-2 cars on me every time. I was racing a C6 just before running with the Lambo and my clutch was hot and was slipping a little when I was running the LP, and it did stick to the floor after the last run. too bad i dont have vids for these run, but hopefully i will run into that car again and ask to race him and get some vids. I know he will still beat me, but the camaro should do a bit better (I would guess he will only put about 1 car on me?) im happy with these runs, especially that my car is not even full bolt-ons. stock LP has 560hp and 540tq (thats at least 40HP and 60TQ more than me and weights 500lbs less) not to mention we were two in the camaro and he was alone

im working in the new vid and should be done with it soon.

Your SS is doing great OP!! Looks like you got your hands full with the Shelby; they are stupid fast with boltons! Faster than a stock GTR..

5-6 cars sounds like a huge death to me!! He got out ok in the 2nd race cause he got a HUGE jump!! Still the Z06 was blowing his doors pretty fast!

THANKS to be honest, the GT500 didnt impress me. that GT500 had an aftermarket supercharger (i believe he said KB but not sure) headers, exhaust, CAI, pulley and it was of corse tuned. he said he just got the motor rebuilt, but i didnt ask if he rebuilt it with stock internals (which i doubt). he said he never dynoed the car with the new setup, but he would guess it has 650whp. ive been told that his car has at least 700whp. he put about 5 cars on me at around 135mph (which is about the same with the Z06 thats making about 200whp less )

and true about the 2nd run with the Z06, but it was an honest mistake. I was lined up with him, but i think he slowed down (or maybe coz I got beat up hard on the first run, my leg got a bit heavy on the gas )
