05 GTO vs Turbo integra

Default 05 GTO vs Turbo integra

Figured Id post up my rice burner vs my best friends girlfriends car lol.

GTO is stock with an intake and my integra was a stock nonvtec motor with a GT25 on 10-11 lbs at the time. I've raced the gto on DR's on 16lbs from a dig and put about 3-4 cars at 100mph before this race; we just got bored one day and decided to hit up that sweet Indiana backroad for some footage=).

Integra is now back to N/A for daily driving purposes and open tracking. Bought another Honda with a little more power

Nice vids and runs. Looks like your two cars were EXACTLY even with the passenger making the difference! So whats this new Honda packing?

Time to tell your friend he needs to get his own GTO and toss some mods on it.

Soooo you joined LS1tech to post a couple videos? Maybe show off a bit? Am I missing something here or are you coming on here to start ****?


Good races though, love close ones where the passenger makes the difference. My gf wants a GTO, hopefully she catches the mod bug.

Am I missing something here? He says in the video it's a 235whp car. Then it runs with/beats an LS2 GTO? IDK if that "girl" knows how to drive. My buddies 350whp Turbo GSR barely edges my car out.

Im suprised the GTO pulled being bone stock basically...ok it had a HAI but i think if the person recording the runs was int he goat that it would have went down differently.

Boosted LS motor correct?

But are you running that GSR from a dig or roll?

From a roll he'll barely get me. And if we run it up to ~140 I'll actually stop his pull and begin to come back.

Then hes full of **** about how much power it makes. A 350whp teg should trap around 116-117.

My car dynoed 283whp at 17psi, and in those videos it was at 11psi, and I have logs to show it.

The blue lines are just a comparison to the first journal bearing turbo I had on there.


Car trapped 104 at 11psi and 110 at 17psi on the same hot *** day last time I went to the track with it over the summer.

And the car is a full weight full interior, with an extra 40lbs of sound deadening added if I may add =). The goal for that car was to be a comfy daily that could rock some peoples socks.

And I appreciate all cars, and would like to own a a new 5.0, cobra or c5z06 one of these days when I graduate and get out of the FWD business. I was just on here checking out the racing and figured I had something related to post.

Interesting, and yes above 130 they just fall flat on there face MOST of the time, depending on gearing too,.

But did he dyno 350whp, or does he say he "should" have about 350whp?

Either way Dig will suck for him unless he runs DRs or an aftermarket traction control of sorts.

How do you only run a 12.88 @ 111 with 503fwhp & slicks?

I put the new civic power level in there and that time is my best in the integra.

It actually made 350whp.

Speaking of full of ****. You say you're running a GT25, and on the graph it says GT28. So which is it??? And 104mph traps should get romper stompered by a stock LS2 GTO.

Well it can be called either. If you actually looked into it before making claims, you'd realize the GT2560r, used to be called the GT28r by garrett, and its now called the GT2560r to keep consistent with their GT series naming. I just call it a GT25 now because it confused everyone when I said GT28r.

A 350whp 2650lb Integra should buttrape a bolt-on GTO from a roll, just sayin. Good runs OP, strong running car you got there. Good luck with the new ride.

Great daytime runs man - that lil LS can get down too! But I looooooooove my vtec. That other car must be a beast, good luck with it!

I think he put "girlfriends" car to show the guy driving isnt used to it, and he's a sally for not having one!!

Nick, my 305whp civic nearly (full weight) was right next to a 410whp supercharged 3v GT (nearly edging him out up top). So to me, your boy is either lying or something was wrong orrrrrrrr he can't drive. I know your car runs strong but wth lol
