Raced friends 05 Skittle vs my 01 Camaro My friend has a 05 skittle with a full exhaust and a CAI with an upgraded intercooler and large piping. Hes on street tires and I'm on MTs. We were out for a cruise when I stopped in the road and asked him if he wanted to do a dig with me. Of course he wanted to to do a roll from 30+ but after a few seconds of peer pressure and calling him a bitch. We agreed to a dig and to be fair I told him I'd give him a 1 1/2 car head start.
I reved her up to 1500 rpms and did the 3 honks. 1.2.3. I gave him the jump and took off. Once I got traction at 20 mph I pulled on him hard putting a car on him by 70 mph. It was a fun race between friends, we both had a passenger, and I forgot to get it on camera
We're ganna be going to New England Dragway in a few weeks and we're ganna line em up there if we get the chance to. Well thats if he will drag his car there. I know I will be, I just got these fresh MT's put on 2 weeks ago and want to break them in!!

Tell your friend to get a boost controller. Seems weird that he did all that work yet didnt spend $60 or less on a boost controller and then less then 5 min to install it.

Just some bolt-ons with a yank 4k stall.
Lol. He had a stage 3 tune on it but removed it for streetability reasons. His car is in mint condition, I would love to own it.
His car is mint with 32k miles. It really is a pretty quick car, we're going to be doing a roll race soon. This time we are going to get it on camera!

Lol. I know, it was just for fun. We chill all the time and have never lined em up before. When we all chill out at the bars on the weekends, we all had blind guesses on how bad I would beat him. Still just for fun, but now we knw=ow
