Yeah it was nasty. I honestly think he has traction on every run.

Eh, it might, but I sucked it up last night. Usually I can get this ****** off the line. The 350 seriously looked like he wasn't trying, that's how hard it was spinning. Also, my friend said it had a Greddy intercooler, so that's how I knew it was turbo'd.

No idea, he's not my friend. Just some random guy I ran against at the track. We talked after our run, and later in the night. He didn't seem to understand what I told him about a converter, but he said it will have a new paint job next year. He'd probably fit in with the camaro boyz.

I am thinking it is the TRU CRAP in the rear all muffed up. drives fine until a slight hill and put it under a load and a bunch of grinding and hella vibration goes on.

Not really just frustration. I come in from doing an oil change on the Ion and spending the afternoon washing, cleaning and waxing the Mach. Then I come into this thread and I can't figure out what's being said.

Well that is the real point. Best 60 I have ever run is 1.8. Did it on street tires, 10 inch slicks, 8 inch slicks, DRs, you name it, 1.8 couldn't beat it with the track prep in our area. DA is average around 2300 here and can go to 3000. Makes it tough to get good times too. I've got a few friends with the same rear concerns you have. If I had caught the sarcasm I wouldn't have been such an *******....well maybe
