Giving up the hit on an auto just means he has time to downshift, which means it's going to be an even race...unless snake gave up like a 3 second head start. This kill makes perfect sense. Let's remember he didn't say he walked out on it, just that he was a tad over a car out in front.

Care to breakdown why you called BS?
Dont you get it? Its because he said so and he's always right, there's no way his empty head can comprehend that a mustang beat a camaro, it just cant happen.

Good kill OP, I believe it was an L99 or a poorly driven LS3. An L99 is not as quick as an LS3, I beat one several times when I had intake/exhaust, no LTs/tune/4.10s putting down only 287whp, less than the OP while weighing more, the other guy had intake/exhaust, no LTs/tune, both on street tires. This was in an 1/8 mile track, we spoke for quite a while about cars, really down to earth easy going guy(mid 40s).

That's because you are on the wrong side of the river.

Stock for stock, I would have to disagree, but modded, I would definitely agree the gap closes.

I don't find that many races living in a city of 50,000 with the surrounding cities housing just as many. Not too mention I commute on 2 big highways to work & school.

Bottom line though, Illinois sucks.

My bad I meant to say NOT as quick as an LS3.

106 is about average of what you will see out of a stock L99. 108-109 in more rare occasion like neg. DA etc. Kind of splitting hairs here but just wanted to throw it out there that its nothing special.

I only saw like 1 L99 trap more than 107, but I realize those aren't the only L99s out there. I would say it's a good representation though. I'd be willing to bet there are more under 106/7 than over it.

Just saying the result seems very plausible.

Well I was aware of march 1 mustang but didn't know they had different motors. I just thought it was a stupid appearance package or something to boost sales. Wasn't worried about mustang in general so I never bothered to look into them more that's all.

Good kill op. I don't understand why everyone assumes that every driver out there is a racecar driver in a factory freak car.

Me neither. But Mystic seems to think that they are DOG SLOW compared to his basically-stock LS1.

Lol.. Have you ever ran your car 1/4? My buddy ran his z28 bone stock and hit 13.50s @106 out of it. You think you would run around the same 1/4 time?
