Fords=Breakfast

I've gone through 2 f body's and am currently on my 3rd (99 ws6). This summer when i got my first f body (96 z28 with full bolt on's, long tubes, full exhaust, cai, tb, rear end gears etc on a t56) I took my "friend" back to one of the local ice cream shops where she'd left her car. The ice cream shop I speak of is part of a strip mall and shares the parking lot with a Mexican restaurant. I would like to take this sentence to clarify that I am not racist, but I stereotype more than not when it comes to ricers. As my friend is getting out of the car, there is one SUPER ricer in an older camry flashing lights and playing the annoying level of bass, spinners, chrome, stickers for added power, the whole shabang. This summer was the beginning of my f body craze and I wasn't about to let such an opportunity pass. My friend looked at me and asked "please don't, if you start revving it I'm going home." At this point we were already done for the night so I did what I had to :p

As I backed out of my parking spot, stupid ricer comes up besides me with his window down and his woman in the car while he revvs it "high". My 96 was a SCREAMER so I gave two quick 3k revs and one harder probably 4-5k. The ricer's girl screamed so loud I couldn't help but laugh as I rolled out of there for the win ~

I hope he was embarrassed.

I guess that could maybe be interpreted as a race... but probably not. So you are on the SR&K section, not even posting a kill, and telling us a story about A LT1 F-body vs. a Camry?

I was in such suspense to read which car won too....

That's exactly what I said when I called the shop that the previous owner got work done at. I have paperwork on almost everything done to the engine, and I've been looking into that and the lifters because the Shop in Waco swears that's doable...

I'm going to put that in quotes in my sig until I put the bird up on a lift~

Nice man..good "exhaust" kill..
That story reminded me of one of those car shows where they see who has the loudest radio.

Regardless, nothing like a V8 with cubes and compression. That is one thing that the turbo cannot compensate for on a 4-banger.
