In general, it's not everyone else that's crazy... it's you. Can you tell me what all that 2V Mustang had done to it? If it was really just a ~255rwhp bolt-on GT, then it's no faster than a stock 3V Mustang. Do you see now why you can't just guess how fast you are based off who you beat on the street? The 2V driver could obviously drive well, and ended up basically where he should have ended up. The 3V was driven TERRIBLY and got beat by 7 cars, when in fact it should have been basically exactly where the bolt-on 2V was.

And LT1's are slow compared to LS1, mod for mod. So are most ''ricer'' cars.

Mystic, you seemed to have cooled off a bit (by your standards anyways) and seem to be a bit more humble. Keep it up, and some people might actually not mind your presence.
BTW- you used I at least once, if not more...which is why I (we) were led to believe you owned the car at the time.

i used to think that too til i saw my friends lt1 run. it ran a 12.3 with just simple bolt ons, and a 11.3 on a 150 shot. i defenantly got respect for the lt1 after that.

You don't know what you are talking about. I've had LT1 and LSx cars and the LT1 would hold its own, you have to approach it a bit differently. Hell the LS1 seems to pick up power if you fart next to it. The LT1 takes a little more knowledge and a lot more patience.
