well its kind of over the top. i dont recall if ive heard its power. 800 would be a small number for it. i guess it depends more on his carb. he told me the cam specs but i dont remember them. solid roller. knowing him its huge.

Whatever it is, no doubt if it runs properly, that car will flat out move. It really seems like a build for 6's, though possibly not with those carbs... I don't like how high it is, but I don't need to.

Right now it's all torn to hell from those tornadoes on New Year's Eve. I hope things are good there when you move. You might have saved a lot of money moving to Korea, but with the way things are over there right now I wouldn't want to move that way.

That's a bad motor. But like It'llrun said a serious race motor. I'd guess atleast 1000hp N/A. What size cowl is he running to clear those carbs?

It's a 2v, probably won't make even 400rwhp.

Kidding for those of you who don't see the sarcasm.

i dont know, i think hes gonna use a pro-stock hood scoop. the stock hood is pinned on but has the cutout for the motor.

thats kinda what he said to me. he had a call out thread for me. said his 2v is faster than my 4v turbo.....im willing to bet the second version of my motor with the new turbo will at least compete. maybe.

Ive seen alot of reviews ofcourse not real world but the LS3 Camaro does trap about the same if not higher MPH in the quarter then the new 5.0. Maybe not as quick but just about the same speed. I wouldnt mind running into one, since i can always have that arranged being that i work at a chevy dealer, hehe. I have alot of respect for the new 5.0's. I saw a grey one the other day on the freeway which looked nice but didnt start anything with it and he didnt do anything either. If i was a bit more confident thinking that i might be able to keep up with it i would've tried but figured its much faster.

Yeah, 350rwhp and 4.10s in an LS1 F-body should do very well.

Not true. A base 5.0 6spd automatic with optional gears can potentially trap higher than an LS3 on any given day.

Haha, that is why I like my autos. I just like to be lazy and cruise. That is just me though. I personally love geared/stalled autos
