Exactly! You hit it right on the head, man.

Thats Mr. Slay's car. He's been on the bottle forever and hasn't blown up. He gets some real good results with it too. Only mods other than the bottle is an intake and exhaust.

But on the other hand just because the pistons aren't forged doesn't mean the car won't last. There are plenty of motors that have proven themselves as pretty sturdy despite what they were initally built for. It takes someone to push the motor to the limit to find out.
