You never stated anything about "base" model or average in your posts. All you ever said was "LT1" in general.

The response, again, was directly to the comment I responded to, which made no mention of upgraded versions... The thread title stipulated Cobra vs Camaro, not Camaro SS... It was known, therefore, we were discussing the standard Camaro and the Mustang Cobra.

That's why I specified later, because it became quite evident, some people need every designation presented specifically, or they fail to comprehend. Didn't know you were part of that club... Now maybe you can...

My initial response regarding LT1's wasn't about SS and above models. It was about the standard LT1 Z/28, as the person I responded to wasn't talking about upgraded models. I wasn't aware I needed to stipulate (where he hadn't), JUST IN CASE you came along. As I noted pretty quickly, some ran 13's. The VAST majority never had a prayer of 13's because most weren't the upper end models.

Eh I wouldn't call it any more unnecessary than bredwnr coming out of left field to accuse people of switching the stance of their argument when they hadn't done so.

Why do people get so bent up on a kill story if there are lies. So much other things to get bent out of shape on..... like taking a crap and there isn't enough toilet paper to get the job done.
On a side note, if any bolt-on LS1 wants to run in Central FL. I'd be happy to line up. I can either go to BMP or OSW.

Oh, and BMP is cool... OSW sucks.
