Me v. Honda S2000
I raced one today after I pulled out of Taco Bell coming home from work. It was not even a fair fight, I pulled on him in every gear. I raced him from a dig and 30 roll. I had a full tank and all the things in my sig. When we raced from a dig, I hit a perfect launch and hit all my shifts and won by 3 lengths. The 30 roll was closer (1.5 lengths). When we pulled up at the light, he told me that he was stock and asked what I had done to mine. He was shocked when I told him I had a v8. LOL! Still brings a smile to my face when people say that!!!! He had a manual and could not keep up with the sheer beastness of the Monte..... GM:2 Honda:0

I really did not look or care to ask. I knew those cars can be beasts in their own right. I was just so happy that I finally got a good launch in my car.

Maybe with 30lbs of boost and a big turbo..
or a 408ci H/C/I LS2 block with a 200 Shot...that is a beast to me!

They can be "beasts" with the right setup, but honestly I wouldn't even bother making one fast strictly for straight-line stuff. Bolt-ons, gears, and a little suspension work, and I imagine there would be few things as fun around some nice turns.

Honestly I think the are pretty ugly little cars and slow.
BUT...They are forged from the factory and with a turbo and tuneing can hit 550 rwhp!!!!
550 rwhp on a sub 3000 pound car is DAMN impressive. heres my last encounter with a 540 rwhp s2000 in my at the time 453 rwhp Viper.

(if your wondering why my power was so low..It's because I got a mail order tune and didnt realize the tune was bad till I dynoed and saw I had went from 475 rwhp to 453 rwhp with the new tune. Dont worry the tuner sent me a new program via email and she already dynoed close to 500 rwhp now)
All forged from the factory S2k's are actually pretty impressive with a Turbo setup

Only thing is the torque is pretty non existent. Crazy that my 300 pound heavier and 100 less rwhp car was able to run so close. But I probally had 200 more torque.
Nice kill OP!
BTW...How much is a turbo setup on those cars?

2900 pounds and 320 HP would be an awesome 370Z fighter
