I'm not sure the exact temps, but probably in the 50's. It was comfortable until the wind picked up and then it got cold.
shouldnt even mention this but curious as to how you are figuring the 360 pound difference . I mean if you both ran with him in different runs and compared the outcomes it would be a 360 pound swing between 2 races(mustang-180 camaro+180 and vice versa) but since he was only in the mustang the mustang simply weighed 180 pounds more then normal... lol sorry im **** tonight.

The car sounds ridiculous in real life with the cutout open WOT. The results were definitely reversed from what I imagine we all thought it would be, but with so many unknowns on your car right now regarding the power level and also the extra weight in the Cobra (stock vs stock plus me with my gear), you just never know what's gonna happen. I'm glad to see that my continuous pestering to get rid of the 4.10s and swap the 3.73s back in seems to have had the desired results. ![Icon Lol](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies2/icon_lol.gif)

**UPDATE**
Sounds like the Cobra has knock in the motor now, probably rod knock. I'm sure that explains the outcome.
215's and an old grind from a shop around here. I actually bought my cam used back in 2005ish. 230/236, .583/.583 (after my 1.8 rockers), 112lsa.
I agree that it's probably faster from a roll with the 3.73's. I no longer feel like I'm shifting all the time and the car now has a chance to pull.
Thanks man, it feels awesome to drive it again. It was a long winter!

The nitrous is currently out of the car. I will be putting it back in in a few months (I want to redo the whole kit).

Nice race - thought it woulda have been closer. Gotta give it to ya ron, that car moves!!
He doesn't have a rev limiter on it? Were there other races before you guys ran? Just wondering when he thought it may have happened

We only did one pull before that, but I missed 3rd gear, so we let out. He said the car felt good during the race, but he might have hurt it during. Someone said they can hear his car nose over after he shifts to 2nd gear in the video, but I honestly can't hear it over my exhaust, other than a little blower whine. Matt and PSM both said they didn't notice it doing that during the run.
Not sure what his limiter is set at.

I agree, your car seems like it performs a lot better from rolls with the 3.73's over 4.10's because you aren't constantly having to shift it (Comparing to your older videos with the 4.10's in)
I'm still impressed with how it performs for such a mild cam and head combo

Damn man, thats too bad about his cobra. Hopefully he can get it fixed without being too bad on his wallet. Such a nice looking car too. If he gets his 3rd gen up and running he can put the cobra on hold and drive the 3rd gen lol.
