I posted a link of an '02 RSX-S with intake/tune running a 13.8x. The Civic Si has a more powerful engine that responds better to mods, but weighs ~100lbs more. It's not much of a stretch to comprehend that the Civic will be very similar to that car. If you're having problems finding stuff on the Civics, trying searching for '05+ RSX-S times and add a tenth of a second.

Just run open exhaust manifolds. That ought to give you a little edge haha. It might attract some unwanted attention though.

I own a 07' Si, you will not loose, my car may be a peppy fun car to drive, but I think my 113-114mph Trans Am is a turd so the Civic is...uh...I don't know, whats 10x worse than a turd?

That sounds like total ***. I'd be interested to see a dyno graph of open headers vs true duals vs ORY/catback. I know my car felt faster (and torquier) with the true duals on over the open headers, not to mention sounded 100000000x better.
