Some have turned them up to 20psi and higher...Some don't care how long it last.
Most are TT, only the newer 335i/135i from mid 2010 forward have a single turbo with twin scroll. I don't follow those that much, but most 335i's on the street are twins. It all depends on the tune. Some are better than others. Low 12's with bolt ons is very doable. Running meth and a higher boost level will get you into mid to high 11's. The magic spot seems to be 18-19lbs with meth being required. Anything more than that and you are asking for issues because the stock fueling system cannot keep up and you'll lean out the engine.

Here is the basic run down on boost levels for the N54 engine(some tunes vary)

Stock -8ish lbs
Tune(no bolt ons) - 12.5ish lbs
Tune(full bolt ons) - 15ish lbs
Tune(FBO, meth, racegas) - 18-19lbs

Still, trapping a 115 on a stock car with only a tune(no race gas, slicks, mods of any sort) is quite optimistic. It's like someone getting into the 12's with a stock fbody ls1. Just because one person has done it, doesn't mean that everyone else can.

This.

I've seen a 135i at my home track with JB3 on map 8 or 9, on 109 octane with a few bolt ons struggling to trap 111. A better driver would have helped, but i don't think it would have broken 115 with Chuck Norris driving.

They can be quick, but not all of them are.

Chuck Norris can brake 115, but with a menacing stare not with a better time!
