I've got a for sale thread buried somewhere on here where I tried to sell it before I left. It needs a few little things; The shifter needs to be adjusted and there are some small cosmetic things, a scratch some rock chips ETC but it's been very well maintained mechanically. It's just time for me to move on to a C6 or CTS V2. Went 11's with only bolt ons, it should be low 11's now. Best trap has been 123 in Florida air with a **** 60 foot. I think I remember aren't you in Florida as well? I'm in Gainesville
I'm sure he meant base C5, and even then I'd be a bit leary of one for too cheap. 14k for a C5Z in even just decent condition is a killer deal.
I am still a few months from buying, no bargaining chips yet but I'll keep you in mind as well lol.

I've found a few localish ones from anywhere from $9500-$11k, but I didn't pull the trigger due to major accidents in the past, losts of cosmetic issues to address, or the owner was an east sider of Des Moines and was just a retard in general who couldn't keep his stories straight.
