I see it a lot as well. I went K-7 to a private Christian school, no sex before marriage and what not. A whole lot of those kids ended getting married to each other in the 18-22 range, now a lot of them have kids. Then there's a bunch of dumbasses I went to high school with knocking up girls.

You are more worried about what GM owes the government than how much the government is in debt bc of other things? Good to know your priorities are in order! How about the government pays back Social Security before we worry about how much GM owes the tax payers. How about the government stops spending billions on other countries to rebuild them bc of a war or operation that their terrorists started in the first place. How about we worry about how Obama is the first president to negotiate with terrorists.
Etc... there is a lot more to worry about than ~20million or how ever much GM owes the tax payers. Again clean the sand out of your vagina and stop worrying about the past and focus on the future. You're supposed to learn from past mistakes not live there.

So because it's not on the street everywhere, the fact that it was a superior design is ignored? Was the challenge called the "most commonly used engine master's challenge"? Nope. It wasn't, the mod motors mopped up and now it's all about "Well you won't see them in the street!!"

Da fuq does that matter in the context of the contest? It won the competition several LS motors were trying to win, too. You can cling to the most horsepower line, too, which also wasn't what won the competition. Those LS motors knew the scoring criteria and tried their best and lost.

No my sub 400rwhp Mustang doesn't make that power...Or my sub 100hp escort, lol.

By the way, they used the cubes they did in order to meet the minimum requirement which is a number I cannot recall at the moment. Imagine more cubes and any top end improvements. My goodness!!!!! It's a good thing they were banned

I would not doubt it if one of those Mod motors from the competition doesn't make it into a street car. I know that there was a line of people that wanted to buy Kaase's motor after the EMC.

So i'm thinking I won't have to rebuild the motor on this Mustang Mach 1.. I pulled the plugs out and tried turning the motor over with a wrench and to my surprised it turned over easy. So I then drained the oil and checked for metal, well there wasn't any metal in the oil. So i'm going to replace the oil pump, Timing chains and guides and try to start the car..
