Loss of life is a tragic event, generally speaking. I'm not defending the thieves, but that situation should have ended with them going to prison.

Going to prison with a chest full of lead? I don't think so. These two were dead the minute they decided to crawl through the window... this guy just sped up the process. It's like stepping on a frog; do you leave it there to die, or put it out of it's misery? Most people don't survive anyway when shot in the vital organs. By the way, not comparing people to frogs, just saying.

Meh, maybe I'm a little too conservative. Although one local's H/C/I C5 lasted for 2 seasons on the 175 shot making many passes at the local Midnight Madness.

This guy needs to go to jail. Although loss of life is not always tragic IMO, I don't give a **** if someone who has spent their life preying on others dies being shot by LEO or law abiding citizens.

Case in point, guy walked in the back door of my house with a hammer that he used to pry open the door one night. I heard him trying to break in and I was an LEO at the time; I called 911(Couldn't get to my radio it was in my car.) got my handgun and, held him until an on duty Officer arrived. He immediately put down the hammer though and I made him lie facedown until they got there. Had he raised it at me he would have been worm food. I'm glad I had the self control not to shoot him; I remember that I was so angry, I felt violated and wanted to kick his *** afterwards.

The guy needs to go to prison, he executed the kids. Simple as that. End of story.

It'll hold, not forever though. 200 is the shot you choose when you're fully prepared to rebuild your motor.
