For the price of the 5.3 over an LS1, depending on how hard you look, maybe you could buy yourself 2 or 3 5.3s over the LS1.
Literally buddy's plan for when his 6.0 LQ4 dies. Has a backup 5.3 and access to another one if that goes.

**** I was looking to buy a 5.3 but got a 2006 6.0 with everything and the 4l80e for $1400. I couldn't pass it up at that price considering it came with the harness and newer style rods.

Different tuner this time bro. Must say he is a lot better than my last one though. If this engine ever blows ill just pay him the 7k to install one of his complete engine builds. And have 1kwhp lol

Easily you pay my tuner and he puts his turbocharged 5.3 in your car and tunes it...
I know its a new concept to you ford guys but maybe if you change you might like it just saying and you might even save some weight on your front end too!

You'd find a way to **** up your order on the 1000HP nawz kit. Lol
1) A decent turbo setup, with all involved fittings, piping, and fuel upgrades required will likely be around 7k. 2) how much weight do you think you'll add going to an iron block over your current aluminum one, then adding another ~80 in turbo goodies. 3) Sometimes, I wonder if you're legitimately tarded (all due respect)
