I know we have a work out thread but to the few people who have been giving me great ideas on working out i wanted to up date ya. Idk if you care but here it goes

Decline Bench:
1st set 10 reps of 185lbs
2nd set 8 reps of 205lbs
3rd set 3 reps of 225lbs
4th set 1 rep of 245lbs

Most weight i have ever done and best thing about it is once i was told that i just repd 225llbs i went back and did 245lbs. Pretty damn good for starting working out after a month and a half break and this is the second time ive done chest since ive started back!

 

Yesterday was my lighter weight rep day for chest, did 24 total sets. Ended with burning out on flat bench with just the bar, 45lbs never felt so heavy

*Edit* nice numbers Mac, I'm currently working with 155 for 5-8 reps for working sets on flat bench lol

 

Lol i hate that feeling bc i feel like people are making fun of me when i struggle with light weight.

Actually, that was not a bad run at all. Once you got going, that bike was not pulling anymore. Damn good race!

You could have just used the LS1Tech terminology of "Not Proper"

 

We raced more than once. From a dig he beat me by 3-4 bikes to 125 ish mph (top of 4th). Both times he pulled me pretty good through 3rd, but I stopped his pull at the top of 4th somehow. I knew I'd lose but he beat me BAD last year and I just wanted to see the difference.

I fucked up recording the dig race though. All I ended up with was a short video of my palm. ****!!!
