At WOT it sounds like one of the better sounding LS1 cars I've heard - still has a hint of that truck sound that the stock 346s have, but nice. However, I had dumps before and I'd rather stick my dick in a beehive that cruise around with those. I liked them for about 15 mins then I started to dislike driving the car.
you get those gears in yet?

Friday night I had a run with my buddies 2014 5.0 with Off-Road mid pipe, JLT CAI and BAMA tune. We were neck and neck from a 40 roll 2nd gear. Half way through 4th I pulled a fender on him until we shut down. They are quick cars for sure stock and they get quicker with mods however, I think you still might take him based on your previous run with that 5.0.
If you do run him, get a vid.

Are you going to race him after the Boss install?

Make sure to tell him about launching off idle next time he's at the track. I've heard that's what the A6 cars like best with the stock stall, so he should try it at least.

OK.. This is not the same 5.0 you recently raced and beat back in late July then. Regardless, those modification on the 5.0 will not make up a full second in the 1/8.

With that information, plus these extra mods he is doing, he might make it a race then. I'd still give you the race but not by much though. Sounds as though, this might be a little more of a challenge for your car. I'd be interested in the outcome. Good luck.
