lol.... I was literally in shock because I had been telling my girl and my parents what a dumb ******* idea a raffle was since there had been like 50,000 participants. Then I get the call and I had to eat my words real quick.
Either keep the evoque for a daily, or sell it off at 62-65ish and put 10 on top and bring a brand new z06 down from the US (my dream car...)

I would never purchase a brand new car due to how much value decreases as soon as it leaves the lot... or wait for the c7... once the c7 get's released the c6's are going to lose a lot of $$.. A lot of guys on corvette forums are trying to sell off there car's for that very reason.. You could sell your 5th gen with the new car you won and buy a mildly used zr1 :O

Well I understand the not buying new cars and going with used but I always figured I wanted my own z06. Not sure if you understand.... Kind of a car I've always wanted. Don't want one taken care of or abused by someone else. Wanna start from 0 with the car like I did the 5th gen.

I went to see Slayer, Anthrax, Motorhead and slipknot on friday at mayhem fest in Tampa... still recovering. Awesome show though, my buddy caught Kerry King and Ian Scott's guitar picks we were 10 feet from the stage. There were a bunch of smaller bands earlier in the day too

Slipknot is badass. They filmed one of their music videos several years back in a house right down the street from my buddy's place. Safe to safe they destroyed that house

lol thanks. Been looking up pics and **** since I never really got a good look at the car. I was telling my friend last week how gay it was and he said as punishment I'd end up having one.... Go figure lol. But the more I look at it the more I like it but if the guy goes through and offers me the 62k I won't even take it out of dealership and sell it. Then just get the dream c6z06.

True dat. Concepts always look like the ugliest ******* thing you've ever seen, then when the car comes out you're like "oh, well it's not that bad". Then it starts to grow on you, next thing you know you end up buying a new 5.0 even though you hate the taillight design.

Congrats on the win! That is some insanely good luck. I can honestly say, that I don't think I have ever won a raffle in my whole 18 years of existence. Never win on scratch tickets either for that matter.... Hmmph. Guess I should avoid Vegas for now. So yea, I vote for waiting on a C7, if you like the styling. They should be here in about a year right? 2014 models will be coming out around this time, 2013? If not, the new ZO6 would be awesome too. Too bad you couldn't find a little extra cash to drop on a brand new ZR1. That would be cool.
