I just had an interesting trade offer for my Z28, its a 2002 VW Golf 95K miles with a nice stereo system, and brand new tires (My z could use rear tires). I have the camaro up for sale in the classifieds; I'm tempted to do it only because I think I could sell the VW for more $, and the VW if I decide to keep it will get way better mileage and I already have the vette to drive for speed. What do you guys think? The Z28 just turned over 170K miles

Ready for the blizzard tomorrow.. Wood stacked in the garage, have fuel for the generator and snow-blower and my truck has weight in the back in-case I absolutely have to leave for something. People keep comparing this to the blizzard of '78, but I don't think its going to be as bad. We will see.
He said I was a retard for having sand bags in the back of my truck bed over my axle because "you have 4x4". I told him it was for weight distribution and to prevent/minimize sliding if it were to happen. Apparently I'm the tard when I've already pulled his *** out of a ditch with my truck

I put 6 60lb bags over the rear axle. Does the trick! Even on ice the thing refuses to slide

2wd and open diff don't help either...granted its still better then the Camaro in the snow, not much but better

Already pretty much final. Waiting for banks to re open after these vacations to buy a 2013 SRX Cadillac Premium for dad. Gonna get rid of the Honda.
Tried to talk him into the SRT8 but he doesn't want it.

Its getting windy here. Expected 60+ MPH winds with snowfall in the 2-3"/hour over night. Going to be interesting to see what we wake up with tomorrow. I am in the 30+ inch of snow zone. The radar shows the storm literally converging over head. Even more weird is they expect T-Storms.. In the middle of a blizzard.. Interesting. If this is my last post because of power lost, Ill see y'all later. Night.

Got the car today!! Couldn't be happier! Didn't have to put down as much as I thought, ended up putting down 12k and financed the rest. My APR is only 5% going through the dealership. Hell I got turned down for a basic Walmart card a few days ago so this was great news! Already got the windows tinted too.
