I just bought a clutch for my car. Mcleod RXT twin disc. Shouldn't have to replace it for a LONG time.

i put a Z06 clutch in my t\a last year and it was a huge improvement over the stock clutch. i thought my mickeys grabbed that good but nope, the clutch was just that shitty.

LS6 or LS7 clutch? If you are going to be making ANY kind of power the LS6 clutch will not hold for long... ask me how I know and mine is just a bolt on Z06

I never bothered changing it. the car only has around 25,000 miles on it.

You should get one if you drive it hard frequently, or at least do the drill mod. The stock hydraulics can't push enough fluid through. The tick was a great upgrade for my bolt on WS6 before I put a Centerforce clutch in it after I cammed it.

Well blower is sold on my car. I will be pulling it off in next few weeks. Then the convertor and few other things.

I did mine with the trans in... Just release the line for the slave and pull the master.. Wasn't a lot of work really... Bench bled and put it back together.. Really helped my 2-3 issues I had.
