I wont find an 84k mile LS1 SS for $3100 lol. It's a buddy deal and an EXTREMELY clean car. 6 speed, nothing done to it but the loudmouth exhaust, catless y pipe and a tune.

I'm personally not a fan of many soft top convertibles looks wise. To me has to be a hard top or a bmw 650i to look good as a soft top. The latter being out of the price range I'd want to pay for a DD

Ok dang, that is a good deal. Why switching from an Evo to a cheap lt1 fbomb though?

Wifey draining ya of money?

Nope were just getting ready to move to Texas and the extra cash would be a nice little cushion during the job transitions and such. Plus im looking to pay off a house down there and not have to worry about a house payment. And hopefully never HAVE to buy another house.

Doing pretty well if you're younger and have no house payment. I can definitely respect that

Makes sense: Sucks moving costs, commission, etc. is so expensive

Were doing alright. I'm 28, wife's 26. Our current house in OKC is payed off and worth around $130k to the right buyer. If I can sell the evo for what I want out of it I'll have another $10k laying around on top. Probably buy that SS for awhile, depends on what my DFW commute is like. Im looking at moving up to a 911 turbo or a C6 gs for my next toy. I wont mind having a bit of a car payment if we dont have a house payment.

Hopefully you can find some decent houses in DFW that are like what you want for $130k as well

Both sound like awesome toy options. I'm holding out for a GS as well, but have a lot of personal goals I want to accomplish first

420 RWHP and 383 RWTQ were my #s today 95 degrees out with 100% humidity lol. finally got it tuned, now I have to get the mother ******* piece of **** shifter adjusted right so that I can get it into 6th gear... I keep getting it back together and then it apparently loosens itself up after a day or so. Going to use loctite on them this time.

Took some pics of the car awhile back. It's nice sometimes to match a screen name with a car. Lol

Not too shabby. Yeah, loctite was used a lot on my LT1

I'm very rarely a fan of 4th gen Camaro looks (besides lt1 SSs), and I absolutely love your car

On another note, got the jet ski on the water for the first time in 8 months... Feels amazing - water was a bit cold though

Im getting frustrated with this thing, I've tightened it up 2 times now to the torque specs set from the factory and it's still loose after a day or so.

@2SS - Good to hear. Looks like you still need some tuning to get into the 600rwhp mark. Almost there. That gas must be ****.
