Yea I was saying you are cutting the same (slower IIRC) 60' as when you were full weight 346, and almost identical to my old 60'. Just giving him **** cause he was talking about a stupid fast 60'.

And what the **** is wrong with you morons? You don't put yourself in a situation where you would need a gun? Have you never been in a gas station, a mall, walking around a town, the list goes on and on and on? Are you really that naive that you think you couldn't just randomly end up in one of these situations? You think people that get mugged, end up in a shooting, etc etc think they were going to be there? Hell no... Nobody does. But it happens every few minutes all around the world.

Will you be a victim one day? Chances are probably not... But your chances are higher than mine are, that is a fact.

And LOL at all this big bad *** I beat everything in the world up with my fists, its all the protection I need... I'm the first to stand up if someone wants a good old fashioned *** whooping in the back yard... However, if you think that is even remotely close to the reason people CC you have no reason to even post on the subject.

Yea... Knives don't hurt at all:

This guy was beaten by 4 attackers, stabbed, and then thrown in a lit fire at a party... 20 other people stood around and watched as it took place.

But how silly of me... You guys would have beat all them up easily with your BEAR fists. Hell... You guys don't go to parties or walk down the street though, I forgot.

IDIOTS, plain and simple. Ignorance, stupidity, naive, whatever you want to feel in there.

.
Yea my last little stock bottom end 346ci use to cut a 1.46 60ft.. I can get into the 1.3X 60ft if I switched back to D.R's .. With this motor and D.R's I was cutting a 1.41 60ft.. But they don't grab as good as the slicks on the street.. I thought about checking out some 29" Dr's for the car..

what tire was the 1.49 on?

The nitrous would like a taller tire.. What gear are you running?
Taller tire would be more consistent as well.

Hoosier Quick time pro. 28" tall slick 4.11 rear gear.. Every pass was a 1.49 and I made four passes that night. It was 98 degrees and 100% humidity.. The DA was terrible for racing.. Plus I have a different transmission than when I was cutting the 1.46 60ft. I changed to a Th350 tranny.. They don't have as short of a first gear as a 4L60E does..

Were you running a 26" on the 346 setup?

I didn't really care for my Hoosiers.. I was dead hooking on a MT before them.. Switched to them and never quite could get it to dead hook, was cutting 1.50-1.53s. I would have been in the 1.47 range hooking I believe.

You changed so much all at once! LOL

I was running the 28" tall Hoosier DR's with the 346ci LS1.. same gear and all.. I switched to these tires a few months ago.. They hook so much better on the street but I get better 60ft at the track with the Dr's because they don't flex like the slicks do..

I can't tell you how many times as a bouncer in DC I wish I had my weapon-and that was in Georgetown. Almost impossible to have a permit there as a MD citizen.

I live in a nice neighborhood. Problem is a lot of thieves come there to steal. And thanks to our liberal based politicians its very easy to get in trouble protecting yourself. Had a neighbor catch 3 guys in front of his house trying to steal his 4 runner. Shined a a light on them from the second floor. They said they were going to storm his house and kill him. He shot and killed two of them before they knew what happened. He is in prison now. Wont be able to get out in another 3 years. No record either. And the thieves,"victims" had long records, weapons and drugs on them and in their system. Neighbor according to the law could only shoot them once in the house. Right....Texas and Florida have much better laws in regards to this.

Texas has great laws. Just passed you can carry gun in car anywhere go as it is not an extension of your home. No need for a permit of any kinda.

Yeah TX is a great state for carrying, surprisingly Florida is too considering we are right on the edge of being a liberal state, also you can shoot someone here just for walking around being armed with nothing but skittles and soda...

Yeah because none of us have ever survived Mogadishu, Fallujah, or Helmand Province... You are such a badass for living south of the border.

So let's compare a war zone you get deployed to, to a shitty *** country where people murder over cellphones all the time.
