A friend of mine tried to preorder one and the dealer told him that the price of the car was $85,000.00 and that he was going to have to deposit 20% to preorder.. As far as I know this is about $30,000.00 over sticker right?

They also said there would be a few didn't models like the super snake etc. One of them is going to be a 1000hp model but it cost more than the ZR1!!

WOW! They are marking it up big time. And yes that is about 30k over starting price. I built on on Ford website and with all options never went over 69k. Not even for a convertible.

And there is a GT1000 but it is made by Shelby. It cost 150k on top of the price of a GT500. Makes 1000hp and then they have a race version that makes 1100hp. Totally over priced to me. I don't care all the suspension and crap they put on it.

Give it a year And the prices from the dealerships will normalize. Same **** happens with every car. Hell the first year of the 5th gens dealers around me wanted 5k over sticker just because people were willing to pay it. Same thing with the gt500 and every other new gen of whatever.

It's cool man.. I'm just picking.. But remember you have a blower on a motor that you are close to maxing out. So for evey move you make I am also making one to get my car to run better. Once it seems like you might start to come around me then ima spray it with a 200 hot and show you them tail lights again..

LOL....All good. And yes my motor is about maxed put in stock form. What sucks is the blower will make 1000whp. to bad the engine will not handle it.

Isn't your GT the fastest thing you have had? If so I think my little "mighty ls1" as you put it would fare just fine against anything you have owned. With me on motor it would be a good run but thats about it.

Actually the fastest thing I owned was my CBR1000RR. BUt that is a different story. And funny you have yet to show anything what you run. Always talk **** but yet to back any of it up. Let me know when you can with actual videos or least time slips from the track.
