True, found a few 08+ C6s for <$30k now.

Issue is that I want to hold out for a GS. Just looks so much better to me and then you have to factor in the added cost of converting it to a widebody.

Hopefully the C7 will drive down the price on them

So anybody know what c5 z06's are going for? Was looking at one with 228 cam. Intake exhaust with 31k miles for $24000. Is that a good price?

If it were me, I'd try to talk him down more. Especially one with mods, regardless of miles.

What year is it? Does he have good documentation of maintenance? Clean interior? Etc. etc.

All of those could add value to some person that he would find it reasonable to list it at $24k

Does he realize those mods actually detract from the value? I wouldn't give him a penny over $19,000.

Go to ebay
Sell the car you want (the car you are trying to get info for)
Type in the vin
Put absurd price
Once the ad is made you will get a free autocheck on the page
Print it out
Delete the ad

To me it doesn't matter, a buyback is a buyback. Good luck with selling that, if you ever need to.

****, I'm laughing at $24,000 for a modded z06 c5 in general. Let alone for a lemon. It just went down to $16,000 in my book.

I'm sorry, but for a car that was bought back for being a lemon, it now has salvage title value to me. But that is just me
