He said he'd put great wall of china lengths on my Evo. I promptly logged off the internet and cried in the corner of my parents basement for hours into the night.

My buddy has a pretty modified 335i... He just decided to switch to single turbo...

Vishnu 58mm... Says the guy told him at 22psi he should be making about 600-650rwhp... I told him I'd fund his kit if he made that power... I do some research and find out the 58mm in the 335 only makes about 460-490rwhp....

Is he gonna be disappointed? Or am I wrong here?

lol i had a guy tell me that with his old v6 99 mustang with full exhaust lid heads and a tune he made 350rwhp and 370rwtrq and with the same turbo he would make around 600 rwhp. ironically he works at the ooltewah Wal-Mart TLE section....

I haven't seen much of the Vishnu kits in action, but the ones I did I was impressed by. Pretty sure there is a larger turbo and the 58mm is what most automatic guys use

He's trying to keep up with us. V on boost only (got new pulley 14psi) should be north of 650rwhp on pump gas. On spray it won't even be a race. So unless that kit makes some serious power I doubt he will be keeping up with me very much.

Also PT88 for the 5th gen. Decided to screw selling it screw everything. Just got a huge check and got lots of extra money. Might as well make the 1000rwhp+ car a reality.

I don't think he's going to make quite that amount of power without upgrading his fuel system and even then the most i've seen out of regular cars is about 500-550whp. With that said I have a buddy with a set of vargas turbo's and his do pretty well.

In all seriousness, why do you have both the hugger and the V? I get the V must be tons more luxurious but they both have about 3 million horsepower. I just wanna know what makes you want both.

Still an ls1, previous owner bought the car with a blown motor, heads and all were good so he just got a shortblock from Texas speed and had it put in, as it sits now the motor has about 30k miles on it, but Idk it just feels quicker than the trans am I had, and the t/a had intake, exhaust, u/d pulley and a tune

Lol thanks man, and you and me both on wanting to know what I'm puttin down, although I'm gonna wait till I get an ls6 intake and a PnP throttle body before I take it to get put on a dyno so it still may be a while after the exhaust install before I actually get any dyno numbers

One ***** up I have another to **** around in.

Only problem is when both work don't know which to us lol.

We found out the pulley I got sent to boost 14psi is a race application only and suffers belt slip on street use. So I am going to stay at 11psi and maybe up the shot to 150ish.

Also my supercharger seems like it's going... I asked 5.5k for it and guy is biting. Already talking to some people about an 88mm build. Need to forge my block and **** but am going to run stock trans... Am curious how much it'll hold until boom.

Should be fun!
