trust me when i say dont do the fast/102TB on the Ls3. $ per HP not worth it. Just throw a centri on and put down 750whp and drag **** down the road.

They're getting cheaper. You can find the 09-10's in the high 70k range.

If i had 70k id buy several toys and have fun year around. Id imagine driving a stock vette gets old.

The thing is, I own my vette plus a daily and can still buy "toys" if I really wanted too, it just wouldn't be a smart investment right now with what we already have. And who leaves a ZR1 stock?

If you truly have a budget to buy something like that then you shouldn't sweat spending another 5 grand or so for bolt-ons. If you have to then you couldn't afford the car in the first place.

I have the money and no I wouldnt do it. Take a LS3 vette and throw another 40-60k at it and watch the multiple bus lengths the zr1 loses by. But hey, the badges are nice!

I'm not talking about being able to just buy one. I'm saying if you were "rich". You wouldn't give a ****. You would buy the nicest vette they make. The ZR1. And than you would put 30k into it and make it put train lengths on the ls3 corvette lol. My next car will be an ls3 a6 vette I think. A stall with full bolt-ons should be an easy 10 sec car.

sure if I was filthy rich id buy the badge I guess. But ill disagree with your train statement. you cant make a zr1 go any faster than a LS3 base with 50k in it.
