Was on my way to work this morning and rolled up on this really clean white scion tc. I had a feeling it was boosted before we ran because the tag said "MMMPSH". Granted it was an impromptu 70 roll and im an auto car, but he slowly and steadily pulled me, at 105 he had 2-3 cars on me. Im going to try and get ahold of the guy and go from a lower roll (turbo fwd, i know he wont go dig.) Moral of the story? Needs moar procharger.

 

It happens. We have a lot of imports here in my area. There is only 2 civics I know for sure would pull me. There is atleast 2 evo's I know will also and 1 sti.

 

Theres nothing better to get the mod juices flowing than taking a loss. "boosted"... I hate that term.

I've always had a hatred for tC's for some reason.

 

Its cause it's a chick car. 8-10 TC drivers are chicks. I am always expecting to see some cute 20 year old girl and when you see the dude your like wtf.

Are the mods in your signature still accurate OP?

I've never seen a fast tC first hand, but I've seen them on the interwebz.

To the OP OUCH, a scion. I recommend you go with 1 7/8th's, TSP's are pretty cheap and good.

i got my pacesetters in and my TSP tru duals! should be putting it all on next week

 

LTs and a 150 shot and go hunt for that TC.

Ima get pacesetters w/ tsp ory and keeping my slp dual/duals, should sound pretty nice, low key at idle and a beast at wot, seriously can't wait but sadly I have too, prolly won't see til next spring

 

My maganflows exhaust and a pair of slp tuned lengths are laying in the garage ive just been contemplating selling the car for a c5 z06 so I havent gotten around to putting them on. I dont forsee it making much difference from a high roll like that but im pretty sure ill get him from a low roll or stop.

 

i dont know if its the big *** rear tires, or the wide open exhaust, but everyone tends to keep their distance from me, except ****** in 4 door stock accords or late 90s PLYMOUTH neons....

OP, if you can get the c5z06 do it imo. And are you really trying to mod your 35th SS? You have some really mild mods right now, it makes me thinkyou're into keeping it original. Otherwise, I'd do full exhaust and 100 shot. Easy to revert back to stock
