Hillarious Kill (05 Envoy 5.3L vs Civic) Nothing to brag about but my wife and I laughed our asses off when this happened and I just had to share.
My wife & I decided to go out to dinner with my parents the other night and we followed them in my camaro. They were in my mom's 05 2wd envoy denali (5.3L). Im leading going down the highway minding my own business doing about 5 over (70-ish). This kid in a black civic hatch rolls up besides me and starts jumping and revving at me. Its 102 outside, my wifes in the car and the road surface on this particular highway blows. So I ignore him and move over to the right lane putting a lane between us. My dad proceeds to pull up next to him in the envoy. He laughs through the window at the kid in the civic for being a ricer. The civic drops gear and starts to take off, for ***** and giggles my dad drops the throttle in the envoy and starts walking off on him. He lets out and we proceed to get off the highway and the civic follows. We pull into the resturaunt parking lot and the kid pulls in behind me. My wife and I are still laughing histerically at this point. He asks me whats so f-ing funny. I proceeded to tell him "You just got walked by a 6000 lbs SUV and something made you think you had a chance against my camaro?" He got pissed off and did a one wheel wonder burnout out of the parking lot.

What a d-bag. Sad thing is, he didn't come up with the typical ricer excuses (heat soak, turbo lag, wheel hop, spinnerz causing aero issuse) cause he knew he lost to it haha

Ya alot of Honda drivers are lame as **** when it comes down to this type of **** but I do know someone personally that has a '08 Civic Si that admits he's scared to race me and I keep asking to race but he keeps saying, "go race somebody your own size" lmao.
