Actually the 4.10 would be good for the vette it has 6 gears (talking about manuels)1 with overdrive. On corvette forums 4.10 geared cars have run in 185 mph. But i am goin with 3.90's have the best of both worlds.

I ve driven and raced trans ams WS6's and best car all around was a used 08 vette for $34,900 with 14,000 miles on it. So much potential on these cars. I am not worried the newer cars coming out or any ones out now. Not bragging but know what the 08 vettes and up can do.

I have a manual and 6 gears. The 6th is a pure dog. But 5th is my 1:1 abd will go all way up to 152mph.

I have roll raced a few cars. Full bolt on WS6 and it wasn't even a competition. I tried a few vettes but they would not play. I think the big cowl hood/DR's scare them.HAHA. Less they have some work done. If I go boosted I will actually drop back down to a 3.73gear maybe 3.55. If stay N/A I will stay with 4.10's.

How does your 5.0 compare to you G8?

Looking at your profile sweet mods. Also you mean you beat WS6 bad right? No competition for you? I would like to race you, but I hear in Fla. It would be roll for now. I will be gettin 3.90 in future and monster stage 3.

Seems like you and my father share similar taste, as do I hahaha. Except you both choose a precision scalpel to tear up the streets vs. my blunt force instrument.

hahaha yea I had WS6's and Trans Ams in the past, I was fortunate to purchase a used 08 LS3 vette. By far thebadest car I have ever driven and the power potential is incredible.
LS3 4.065 Bore (stock)stroke is 3.66 and go to 4.0in for a total Cubic Inch of 416.
