I thought so..I remember in one of your post you mentioned that you do not come further North than Raleigh,NC. While I was driving to Savannah not to long ago, I remember seeing a bunch palm trees in SC. Plus SC has Myrtle Beach and tons of Golf Courses. I think you are in a kicking spot already..in my opinion.

Man you both are some pussies. When home in TX it was at 30 days over 100. N0w at 47 days over 100. with half those being 110 or hotter.

And then here yesterday was 138. At midnight when we did a 2 mile run for PT it was still 103. We have had about a week where it is been over 140.

...yea, I hear ya. I was trying to keep the grass from dying also but after that last bill of $160, the grass could go Fk itself. It is just not worth it when there is no rain to help out.

Dude.I am sick of this damn heat also..my wife and I planted 12 Cryptaemeria (look like Christmas trees) back in March when it actually rained. As of today, we have lost a total of 7 so far and counting. Good amount of time and money lost already. This is the last year I am planting ****. Just not worth charging to the Home Equity Loan only for this stuff to die because of excess heat and no precipitation.

You honestly don't enjoy a nice quiet morning, putting your gloves and visor on, have a hand held hoe in one hand, and a watering can in the other? If not...then give you man card back.

Hhaha..Hence, your $190 water bill. This could get expensive for you by the time "this" summer is over. Good luck, man

Chance I will take. It rained while I was home on leave. About 10 minutes of it. Then went away and got 107 outside.
