Any SRT?? So a trans am making 359 wheel Hp will take a 392 SRT? I find that tough to believe. My 5.7 on all motor used to destroy cammed ls1 and 2's.

Explain what? My 5.7 hemi would beat cammed/bolt on ls1's and ls2's with no power adders at 4300 lbs. Not much to explain.

That's funny because my STOCK 00 WS6 A4 would only lose by a car to my buddies stock 300 SRT-8 from 60-120.

My H/C 98 Z28 M6 absoluley destroyed a SRT-8 Challenger... ******* freight trained.

My Cammed, TT, built motor, caged, WS6 DESTROYS the supercharged relatively stock motored Jeep SRT8 at the track. LOL....

I really do like the Jeep though and the driver was really cool also. I do hear so many different numbers out of folks on these cars.

This is true. Still was a 5.7 and still stock block with no power adders. Lot of people doubt the power and possibilities of them. Be seeing 10's NA with them by the end of this season.

That's great but your original post in this thread was against a claim that a stock SRT8 would not outrun a cammed ls1.

The hemis are good motors and the cars are cool, but in stock form they are not impressive. The 392s are a large step up though.

You do realize certain cars run certain ways and times. Everything is different. Im saying a cammed ls1 and a 392 srt would be a good race. Cam only, i think a stock 392 will win. My 5.7 with a cam and ported stock heads with bolt ons goes 11.50's at 120 so a lots possible.

He said ANY srt8. I think a 392 srt would be a good race for some cammed ls1's and beat quite a few. I lined up with a ms3 02 ss camaro with full bolt on's, exhaust, intake, moser rear end and i didnt have any problem walking him.

Most cam only fbodies setup worth a damn at all are going to run high 11s or better. I just don't see a stock 392 keeping up.
