Cammed LS1 vs Cammed LS2 GTO, Cammed LT1, and G8GT **video**
Some runs from last night. None of the cars are mine, I'm just the cameraman.

Thanks.
Did you watch video? You'd know the answer if you did...
I think you are all looking at this the wrong way. The GTO runs good, says he's put a couple cars on multiple cam only f-bodies; the SS is just a very strong runner. I'll try to get him to post the dyno sheet, but from the moment the stall flashes, he is making within 10hp of peak until he shifts...and it starts over again.
Ju1ce, I doubt even you could make up that distance, but maybe cut it down a bit.
A couple blown Mustangs, bolt-on 6 speed and stalled auto f-bodies, and this same GTO actually. He only runs them from a dig, because he hooks so well and counts on them driving like ****.
Actually, the LT1 did pretty good. In the races from last week, he lost by 1.5 cars with the 28"s and 1 passenger, while the LS1 had 2 passengers. The LS1 lost the 200lb passenger (equal for this race) and lost some weight elsewhere. So from 26" tires, and driving much better, he kept the same distance even though the LS1 lost a good deal of weight.
I don't know man, it runs pretty hard (unless you got the cam in). We're going down to Rolla next weekend to run one of the SS's friend's cars (as long as it's running by then). If you're in the area, feel free to join. Bring the juice!
