My car when it was bone stock with a 3200 stall converter and lid with no muffller ran 12.60's at 107 108 on street tires with no tune with 3.23's. I have my time slips for that. And its a 2000 z28. stock ls1 manifold also.

And i have not seen a new 5.0 stock run better then a 13.0 at 108 at the track i race at. I have raced against a new 5.0 with long tube's full exhaust intake and tune on drag radials with a auto and best he ran was 12.0 at 115.

SO you put a stall in it and lid and it is stock? Really...Come on you have to be stupid to say my stock car with a stall in it.

Kinda like me not seeing a LS3 corvette do better then mid 12's or a C/H/I LS1 Fbody do better then high 11's. Doesn't mean they will not do better at all.

Fixed that for ya. Btw... Don't believe you anyway, if for no other reason, due to the crazy claimed mph. I'm betting you didn't buy the car new and even still, probably don't know what was or wasn't done to it before you got it. When new, high mph was around 108... nearly 4 more by adding a lid and cutting out a muffler... not bloody likely.
